We process and ship out orders 2-4 days the most after an order is placed. All packages are shipped via USPS.
We have 2 shipping speed options including The following:
First Class Mail (4-7 days) and Priority Mail (1-4 days)
Delays: After we drop off your package to USPS, De Mi A Ti Dulces is no longer responsible for your package! Please keep in mind that ourselves along with other small business owners, have no control over ANY delivery delays! We see the same shipping status as the Customer!
Damaged Packages: Like Said above, after we drop off your package to USPS, we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE as USPS is now ahold of your package! We do our part by fulfilling your order along with others, packing it up and shipping it off.
*First Class Shipping (Standard) COMES WITH NO INSURANCE, so USPS WILL NOT DO ANYTHING IF YOUR PACKAGE COMES DAMAGED!
However Priority Mail comes with a $100 insurance bond, so if your package is damaged in any way, they can be held responsible!
